I wanted to include a few of the pieces that I have restored. I also build complete birds from birdbox to life size.

This bird arrived to me in several pieces. The return springs that control the wings were broken. The hinges were missing for the wings and obviously he lost all of his feathers.

This is the French Bird Bush from the photo album. Somewhere along the line the birds were removed. Somebody replaced the birds with forest animals. Drinking from the pool was a lion and where the hummingbird jumps from branch to branch sat a monkey. Pretty clever, but not very authentic.
